The invention relates to a sliding board with an upper surface to stand on and a lower surface to slide on (2). Said board has a central sliding construction (3) protruding downwards and a guiding construction (4), which, when seen from the direction of travel, extends and protrudes downwards on both sides at least in the direction of travel. The inventive board is characterized by its blown plastic hollow body design with inner reinforcement strips or points (10) devoid of in situ foaming. The manufacturing method for the inventive sliding board comprises the following steps: a) extrusion of a flexible hose-shaped hollow plastic body from an extruder, b) introduction of said hollow plastic body into a sliding board mold, and c) blowing the hollow plastic body to form a sliding board. The mold enables both reinforcement strips or points to be formed on at least one of the halves of the shell and thermal soldering of said reinforcement strips or points with the opposite half of the shell. |
