The pressure thermo-fusing manufacturing technique involves forming a sealed section between an upper and lower substrate section using a thermofusible material placed along a frame trace (3) for a series of cells (C1 to C5). Alignment holes (6) align the two substrates with a second sealing cord layered along a trace (7). A first tool is applied to produce a heating pressure, and all the cells are filled with an active liquid, through an input feed (9) formed in the gap. A second tool is then applied to heat alignment hole spaces (13) sealing each cell. The cells are then sliced into individual units.
