PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polyvinyl chloride film with excellent adhesion to an ultraviolet hardening-type ink. SOLUTION: This polyvinyl chloride film is the polyvinyl chloride film used for printing a ultraviolet hardening-type ink and obtained by blending 0.4-1.5 pts.wt. metal salt of a fatty acid having a 9-17C linear and saturated alkyl group with 100 pts.wt. polyvinyl chloride.
