PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain carrier red blood corpuscles in which biologically active agent(s) is enclosed, which is stable for a long time under physiological condition, and which can deliver an effective amount of one or more biologically active agent(s) systemically or to a target in a patient. SOLUTION: These carrier red blood corpuscles are obtained by collecting red blood corpuscles 10 from each patient, partially lysing the red blood corpuscles 10, condensing the partially lysed red blood corpuscles 30, contacting the partially lysed red blood corpuscles 30 with one or more biologically active agent(s) 50, followed by enclosing the biologically active agent(s) 50 in the partially lysed red blood corpuscles 30. |
