STRUCTURE TO MOUNT TUBE ON DOUBLE EXHAUST MANIFOLD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide structure to mount a tube on a double exhaust manifold to ensure a thermal insulation adiabatic effect and suppress the decrease of an exhaust gas flow passage section area and disturbance and residence of a flow of exhaust gas. SOLUTION: A burring hole 52a is formed in an inner pipe 52 and rises toward an outer pipe 53 and has diameter slightly smaller than the inside diameter of the end part of an AIS tube 7. The AIS tube 7 is inserted through a tube hole 53a formed in the outer pipe 53. In a state that the tip part of the AIS tube 7 and the rise part of the burring hole 52a are overlapped with each other, the AIS tube 7 is fixed on the outer pipe 53 through a weld.
