PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device easy to observe. SOLUTION: This device comprises a light emitting part 4, a housing 5 arranged on the front side of the light emitting part 4 and having a display surface inclined to the optical axis of the light emitting part 4, and a light guide part 6 formed into a substantially cylindrical shape by use of either one member of a transparent member and a translucent member, and arranged on the front side of the light emitting part 4 so that the central axis of the substantially cylindrical shape is fitted to the optical axis, one end surface opposed to the light emitting part 4 forms a flat light emitting part opposed surface 6b substantially vertical to the axis, and the other end surface of which is exposed from the display surface to form a projecting surface 6c facing the outside. The projecting surface is formed to have an acute angle to the light emitting part opposed surface 6b so that the light incident from the light emitting part opposed surface 6b to the light guide part 6 substantially in parallel to the central axis is refracted and transmitted substantially vertically to the display surface. |
