SHAFT LOCKING DEVICE AND ROTATION MECHANISM USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shaft locking device which can obtain click feeling at a desired angle, and suppress generation of rattling. SOLUTION: This shaft locking device comprises a first member 11 having a shaft insertion hole 15 and a projection 17 formed on a specified position near the shaft insertion hole 15; a second member 12 having a shaft part 21 to be inserted into the shaft insertion hole 15 and arranged in a relatively rotatable manner in respect to the first member 11 around the shaft part 21; an elastic member 41 supplying relative rotation between the first member 11 and the second member 12 frictional torque; a frictional plate 40 relatively rotating in respect to the first member 11 integratedly with the shaft part 21; and a click arm 50 extended in a diameter direction of the frictional plate 40. The click arm 50 generates click feeling upon elastically riding the projection 17 when the first member 11 and the second member 12 reach a specified relative rotation angle.
