摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To closely adhere teeth uniformly to a body to be magnetized and to prevent a large shock from being inflincted on the body when the teeth strike on the body, by a method wherein back yokes and the teeth are independently formed, and pressing means for pressing the teeth so as to closely adhere to teeth to the body to be magnetized are provided. SOLUTION: Magnetizing jigs 1 respectively consist of a back yoke 2, teeth 3 and winding wires 4. The teeth 3 are slidingly mounted to the yokes 2. A body 5 to be magnetized is held between the jigs 1, and the teeth 3 are closely adhered to the body 5. The upper and lower back yokes 2 are guided by guide bar 6 to slide freely. There are one pair of upper press plates 7 and one pair of lower press plates 7, and the plates 7 are slidingly supported by the bars 6. Plate springs 8 are mounted to the plates 7 in alignment with the positions of the teeth 3, and the springs 8 are made contact with the teeth 3. Distortion sensors 9 are respectively mounted to each plate spring 8. The one pair of the upper press plates 7 and the one pair of the lower press plates 7 press the teeth 3 via the springs 8 so as to closely adhere the teeth 3 to the body 5.
