PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a webbing winding device simplifying a structure with miniaturization possible so as to prevent the increasing of winding force of a webbing even when its draw out amount is increased. SOLUTION: This device is constituted such that turning movement force is transmitted between a spool 12 winding a webbing 10 of a webbing winding device and a spring 46 energizing this spool 12 so as to turn it in a winding direction of the webbing 10 through a transmitting mechanism using a pair of first/second scroll gears 70, 82. During operation drawing out the webbing 10 from the spool 12 over a total amount, unification is attained so as to almost fix constant draw out force of the webbing 10. |
