PURPOSE:To efficiently perform heating/cooling by the use of a small amount of heating medium by proceeding endothermic reaction or exothermic reaction at a first or a second reaction section respectively when endothermic or exothermic reaction is to be proceeded of reaction gas capable of being reversibly changed at No.1 or No.2 reaction section. CONSTITUTION:When a fuel cell is to be cooled, a first control section 6 and a second control section 7 are controlled by the control section 9 of a temperature control means 5 to proceed endothermic reaction and exothermic reaction respectively, and when the fuel cell is to be heated, both of the control section 6 and 7 are controlled to proceed reaction reverse to the aforesaid reactions. In this case, the reaction section 6 and No.2 reaction section 7 are provided for a circulating for reaction gas capable of being reversibly changed, and the reaction section 6 is thermally connected to the laminated body of the fuel cell, so that the laminated body of the fuel cell is thereby controlled in temperature. By this constitution, the laminated body of the cell can thereby be efficiently controlled by means of the circulation of a small amount of heating medium. |
