PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible data communication method and device immune to the change of an environment in which the collection of each kind of information of each kind of equipment used by a factory or each kind of job site into which a target programmable logic controller(PLC) is integrated can be quickly operated. SOLUTION: Radio MODEM 50-1 and 50-2 are connected through data access units(DAU) 40-1 and 40-2 with target PLC 30-1 and 30-2 integrated into each kind of equipment used by a factory or each kind of job site, and each kind of information of each kind of equipment into which the targets PLC 30-1 and 30-2 are integrated is collected through the radio MODEM 50-1 and 50-2 by a management PLC 10.
