PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control displacement of a tread of a pedal for a vehicle, in the case that external force of prescribed value or more acts in a vehicle front part. SOLUTION: In a pedal stopper 82 secured to a brake pedal 10, in addition to a pressing part, a flexing part 82D is provided. When external force of prescribed value or more acts in a vehicle front part, a rear end side of a pedal bracket 26 is detached from a slide plate 50, to be slid on a first/second slope 50A, 50B, but here (step of slide beginning), a stop switch 78 interferes with the pedal stopper 82, its buckling is caused. Accordingly, resistance relating to the displacement to a rear end side of the pedal bracket 26 is reduced, displacement to almost a vehicle downward side is smoothed, a pedal pad 58 is surely displaced in almost a vehicle forward side. |
