PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eave soffit structure which can facilitate the assembly of an eave soffit bed and the work of locking it to the hanger of the eave soffit bed. SOLUTION: A plurality of joists 31, 32 are coupled together by a connecting member 5 to constitute an eave soffit bed 3, with an eave soffit surface member 4 extended over the lower surface of the bed 3 and secured to a roof panel 1 via a hanger 2. The connecting member 5 is provided with a pair of grooved parts extending in mutually perpendicular directions for fitting the joists 31, 32, and engaging parts to be engaged with the joists 31, 32 are provided at the grooved parts. The hanger 2 comprises a supporting part to be engaged with the upper corner of the joist 31 and a fixed piece which is pressed against the upper surface of the joist 31. |
