The use of carbazolyl-(4)-oxy-propanolamine derivatives of formula (I) and their enantiomers or salts is claimed for topical treatment of peripheral circulation disorders, especially of the extremities. R1, R2 = H or OH. Also claimed are pharmaceutical formulations containing 0.5 - 2 wt. % of (I), for use as above.
