<p>There is provided dialkyl-2,3-pyridinedicarboxylate with the general formula (I) wherein R1 and R2 are independently phenyl or C1-C4alkyl, optionally phenyl-substitued, and Y and Z represent independently hydrogen or C1-C4alkyl, optionally subtituted by one to three halogens or C1-C4alkoxy groups, during which an alpha-, beta- unsaturated oxime having the general formula (II), in which Y and Z have the same meaning as it is stated in the formula (I), reacts with aminobutenedioate of the formula (III) in the presence of acid, optionally dissolvent at a temperature ranging from 50 to 180 degrees Celsius, R3 and R4 represent independently from each other hygrogen, C1-C6alkyl, C3-C8cyclo-alkyl, phenyl or R3 and R4 may form, together with the atom which they are bonded to, five- or six-membered alicyclic ring, optionally disconnected by oxygen. R1 and R2 have the same meaning as it is stated in the formula (I).</p> |
