A soft gel Coenzyme Q10 formulation and methodology for maintaining Coenzyme Q10 basal blood levels and improving Coenzyme Q10 intestinal tract absorption; the soft gel formulation including Vitamin E and rice bran oil is administered in a 30-100 mg/day dosage, preferably in two equal dosages.
