<p>Remedies/preventives for frequent urination/urinary incontinence which contain as the active ingredient compounds having a tropone skeleton or pharmacologically acceptable salts thereof; and novel compounds having the tropone skeleton. The compounds having a tropone skeleton and showing the above pharmacological effects are those represented by, for example, general formula (1), wherein R?1 and R2¿ represent each hydrogen, lower alkyl, etc.; R3 represents -OR or -NR¿2?; R?4, R5 and R12¿ represent each hydrogen or lower alkyl; X represents nitrogen or CH; Z represents -CHAr¿2?, optionally substituted phenyl, etc.; and m is 1 or 2. These compounds are novel ones excluding those wherein Z is -CHAr2.</p> |
