The invention relates to a motor driven unit comprising an electrical motor (2) and a machine (20). The electrical motor (2) has a rotor (5) with a rotatably mounted motor shaft (6) for driving a pump excentric (8). The motor shaft (6) is crossed by a retaining axle (7) which supports it by means of a bearing (32). On another side, the excentric bushing (8) is rotatably mounted on the retaining axle by means of a second bearing. The motor shaft (6) and the excentric bushing (8) are interconnected and rotate in such a way that the excentric bushing performs a dual function as a motor shaft (6) support and as an excentric bushing (8) support. This arrangement provides for a reliable support of the motor shaft (6) and a low power loss arising from bearing friction.
