Releasable ski binding between boot toe and ski

Endstops (12) fixed to the ski work with the bootholder (1) when this is disengaged from its release position and urge this into its holding position before the holding position is reached. Each bootholder (8) has its own thrust bearing (11) whose lever arm (16) completes angle (ALPHA) with the ski axis (3) relative the ascending axis (7) of the ski. The angle diminishes when the holder (8) swivels into its release setting. This changes the path of the bearing (11) in relation to the transverse movement of the holder (1) so the thrust bearing (11) lying in this path works with the endstop (12) and in so doing increases the angle (ALPHA) and in this way swings the holder back into its holding position. The endstop is on the baseplate or a cladding (13) on the holder and works via thrust surface (17) with the bootholder. The endstop is designed as pin or bolt for preference, or again is moulded onto the clad piece (13).
