<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an undesired train ticket from being issued by providing a control means that performs ticket issuing processing on condition that a detection signal continues longer than threshold and nullifying a detection signal that has short continuous time. SOLUTION: The threshold of detection time is very short and, for instance, if an input is performed when threshold is equal to or more than T0 , and when the position of a finger traces P1 to P3 and reaches a desired position P4 , the position P1 is mistakenly inputted. This makes the threshold of detection time T1 , which is too longer, the signals of the positions P1 to P3 are nullified and the position P4 is inputted. When an inputted detection signal is taken into an operation processing controller and a prescribed detection signal is detected, a ticket-vending machine is operated and issues a ticket. The operation processing controller first decides whether a touch panel is on or not and compares a detection signal with the time T1 when it is on. Next, it performs ticket issuing processing when the detection signal is the time T1 or more, and does not perform ticket issuing processing when it is below the time T1 .</p> |
