摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically detect whether a rotor is in order or not, by bringing a plurality of probes into contact with each electrode plate of a commutator, inputting an electrical signal to the commutator via the probes, and analyzing the electrical signal outputted from the commutator by a detection means. SOLUTION: A disk table 3 is arranged at the upper portion of a substrate 2 of a rotor inspection device 1, and a rotor 6 of a brush motor is accommodated in an accommodation recessed part 5 of a support jig 4 installed in a through hole 3a with a circular section at the center of the table 3 while a commutator 7 projects. Then, three probe devices 10-12 are arranged at an equal interval surrounding of the table 3 and have rod-shaped contact probes 10a-12a and probe drivers 10b-12b. Also, an output device 14 is connected to a detection device 13, and the output device 14 has an LED 15 for distinguishing and displaying the state of the rotor 6, a digital meter 16, and a buzzer 17 for sounding an alarm when the rotor 6 is malfunctioning.
