PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to efficiently inhibit the growth of germs without spoiling flavor and taste in a portable rice food formed to be able to wind a sheet of dried laver around a rice ball just after opening a packaging film. SOLUTION: A film, which is in contact with a rice ball 23 and laver 3 separately arranged in a packaging film 4, is made to be an inorganic antimicrobial agent-containing film surface. Surfaces on the other parts or the whole surface of the packaging film 4 can be antimicrobial film surface. Inside germs are killed by the antimicrobial film which contacts with the surface of the rice ball and outer side of the laver and, thus, no germs can grow. |
