PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute supervisory and control by speedily retrieving related data as needed while linking online data and multimedia data. SOLUTION: A plant data storage device 1 is composed of an online data base 1a for preserving the online data fetched from a plant supervisory and control device 6 and a multimedia data base 1b for preserving the multimedia data and stores the related data linking and relating the respective data. A data relating means 2c prepares and outputs the related data based on the respective data in the online data base and multimedia data base fetched from a distributed data access means 2b or a plant data access means 2a.
