PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a circuit size for alarm function by storing an alarm setting data for an arbitrary time unit in a memory means and outputting an alarm signal upon the coincidence of the alarm setting data and a real time clock(RTC) data read out of the memory means. SOLUTION: A RAM 102 for data storage (memory means) stores RTC data of second, minute, hour, day of the week, month and year and alarm data of second, minute and hour. A judging circuit 103 judges the RTC data from the RAM 102. A D flip-flop(DFF) circuit 104 latches the output of RAM 102. A coincidence circuit 105 compares the RAM 102 output and outputs a coincidence signal upon coincidence. A second latch 106 latches second coincidence signal, a minute latch 107 latches minute coincidence signal and an hour latch 108 latches hour coincidence signal. An AND gate circuit 109 executes AND logic of each coincidence signal of second, minute and hour and outputs as alarm signal. |
