<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid the contact of an impregnated liquid agent and fingers with each other by constituting one surface of a bag-shaped matter, which allows the fingers to be inserted by opening one edge, of a liquid agent impregnating sheet and making the inner side of the liquid agent impregnating sheet water proof. SOLUTION: A wet tissue 1 is obtained by superimposing the liquid agent impregnating sheet 2 and a bag forming sheet 3 in a non-adhered state and mutually joining the periphery excepting for one edge is to form a bag-shape. In addition, the inner side of the liquid agent impregnating sheet 2 is formed to be nonpermeable with respect to a liquid agent by a water proof sheet 4, etc. The wet tissue 1 made like this is carried on a carry sheet 5 and produced with the carry sheet 5 or folded for packaging and selling to form the wet tissue to be packaged easily.
