PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a processed ovary food filled in a pack, aiming at the supply of a readily edible and sanitary processed ovary food filled in a pack as the first object, and further capable of effectively utilizing a broken ovary. SOLUTION: This processed ovary food filled in a pack is obtained by dividing a processed ovary food from ovarys of fishes as a raw material, covered with an egg membrane and retaining the original shape into three or four parts of the head part, one or two belly parts and end part and housing the divided processed ovary food pieces 21 to 24 and 25 to 28 in the order of the head part, one or two belly parts and end part in the pack equipped with divided compartments 13 to 16 and 17 to 20, having the opened top and capable of housing the divided processed ovary food pieces 21 to 24 and 25 to 28 in a linear continuous form. |
