PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily apply an existing induction heat cooking device to a Chinze pan, different in outer diameter. SOLUTION: An induction heat cooking device with a heating face 2 recessedly curved has a projecting ring oven frame 3 on the outer periphery edge of the heating face 2 for supporting a pan with the bottom recessedly curved, a support 16 being mounted with respect to the oven frame 3. A supported arm 8 which has one end side supported by the support 16 and the other end side latched to the support 16 in a removably is provided on the oven frame 3 so as to stride over the outer periphery of the oven frame 3, in the form of a chord at its point smaller than the diameter. |
