PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent obliquely mounting of an outer seal in a housing and strongly pressing between an inner seal and a shaft. SOLUTION: By providing a stepped part 11b forming a peripheral surface in an insertion side of an inner seal 14 of a horizontal fitting part 11a of an outer seal 11 into a diameter smaller than the other part, the outer seal 11, even when it is deflected to the outside in a radial direction at press fitting time of the inner seal 14 to the outer seal 11, is absorbed by the stepped part 11b, the horizontal fitting part 11a of the outer seal 11, even when it is deflected to the inside in the radial direction at press fitting time to a housing 17, can be absorbed by the stepped part 11b, so that mounting inferiority and seal performance deterioration can be prevented. |
