摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve bone inside growth to fix an organism by covering an outside surface of an acetabular cup and a thigh part stem or the like with a metallic bubble structure thin layer impregnated into bone cement in an orthopedic implant to form an acetabular socket type cup, a thigh part stem or the like. SOLUTION: A thigh part stem 1 and an acetabular cup 2 are covered partially or over a whole area with a metallic bubble structure thin layer. In this bubble structure thin layer, an inclining function is desirably imparted so that the size of an opening cell gradually increases outward from a region in close vicinity to the stem 1 and the cup 2, for example, a stem main body and the size of the opening cell of the outermost layer to directly contact with an implant in stages becomes almost the same as the size of a cell of sponing of a bone. The bubble structure thin layer is also formed by using pure titanium, titanium alloy, stainless steel or cobalt-chrome alloy, and the size of its opening cell is set to 0.5 to 1.5 millimeter, and a thickness of the bubble structure thin layer is set in a range of 1.5 to 5 millimeter.
