PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tilt servo control device which requires no tilt sensor and the like, is suitable for miniaturization of a device, and can prevent degradation of reproduction quality by tilt error. SOLUTION: A system control section 4 generates a liquid crystal driving signal by address storing data indicated by an up-down counter 105 and the next address storing data in order to decide data of phase compensation quantity stored in a compensation ROM 106, stores alternately output values of a RF amplitude level detector 101 corresponding to both data in a L register 102 and a H register 103, compares these two values, updates the up-down counter 105 so that the maximum RF output level is obtained, and tilt error compensation by hill climbing control is performed. |
