<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a trap device for storing moisture separated from a sample and its peripheral structure and also to simplify the structure. SOLUTION: This moisture discharge device sucks the sample in which gas and the moisture coexist, and the sample is passed through plural stages of moisture separation means connected in series to discharge the moisture separated the gas. Discharge pipes 42, 43 respectively provided on a gas liquid separator 12 as a moisture separation means and on a dehumidifier 16, are connected to the trap device 46, and also the mutual insides of these discharge pipes 42, 43 are kept in a water sealing state via the trap device 46. Also, the moisture discharged from the discharge pipes 42, 43 to the trap device 46 and stored is forcedly sucked with a pump 47 and discharged.</p> |
