PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce steering force change caused by the change of front axle load at the time of acceleration and deceleration of a vehicle so as to make appropriate steering force control possible. SOLUTION: A hydraulic reaction control spool valve 10 is so arranged that the moving direction of a spool 30 almost coincides with the longitudinal direction or a vehicle, and it is so set that the weight of the spool 30 is movable in correspondence with gravitational acceleration G at the time of acceleration and deceleration of the vehicle. The hydraulic reaction control spool valve 10 is operated by the motion of the spool 30 moving in correspondence with the gravitational acceleration G at the time of acceleration and deceleration of the vehicle so that hydraulic reaction is large at the time of acceleration and small at the time of deceleration, thus reducing steering force change caused by the change of front axle load at the time of acceleration and deceleration of the vehicle.
