The invention refers to a commercially acceptable composition for making up the lips, which comprises a sufficient amount of a polymeric system including at least a particle dispersion of a film-forming polymer, said system allowing a layer capable of following movement of the lips to be obtained and/or without transference. The invention also refers to a commercially acceptable make-up product which comprises a container (2), which contains said composition, and a closure detachable means of said container. This composition is particularly fluid so that it requires the use of an applying element (4), for instance, of the felt type, and eventually a dryer (6).
