Compounds of formula I are useful in treatment of conditions associated with depletion of nicotine receptors in mammals. wherein X is: a) -CH2NR<1>R<2>, b) or; c) and R,R<1> and R<2> are independently selected from hydrogen and C1-C6 alkyl; R<3> is selected from hydrogen, halogen and C1-C6 alkyl; l is an integer from 0-4;m is an integer from 0-4; and n is an integer from 0-2; or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
