The device comprises of a rectangular base frame (1) with legs (2) as well as arranged pipe-shaped stamps (3) via the legs, that are insertable in the struts (4) of the side frames (5). The stamp has slits (6) gripped through leg-sided pegs (7) on the struts. The stamp has recesses dimensioned such that the leg sections of the struts can be rotatably moved from them. The struts have upper and lower holders (16) and a belt (9) that is clampable cross-wise via clamping devices (10). The lower struts may have holes whilst the upper can work together with spring caliper.
