FIELD: force measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: two piezoelectric elements facing each other with end surfaces are interconnected acoustically by connecting element in form of air layer. Fastening members of piezoelectric element in form of air layer. Fastening members of piezoelectric elements are coupled to flexible members. Two generators are connected to covers of piezoelectric elements. Modulation meter is connected to first generator output. Control unit input is connected to modulation meter output, and output is connected to second generator amplitude control input with provision for beat mode with partial increase in frequencies and stability of modulation depth of first generator oscillations. Outputs of first and second generators are connected to phase comparator comparison inputs. Phase comparator count permission outputs are connected to count permission inputs of two counter units. Second generator output is connected to count inputs. Outputs of two counter units are connected to computing device inputs. EFFECT: enhanced stability of force measurement. 1 dwg
