FIELD: education. SUBSTANCE: method involves focusing attention of trainee on slow relative rotation of thumbs of its hands for 5-10 minutes every day during first two weeks and for 10-15 minutes during next two-three weeks. Thumbs are rotated with constant speed in one direction without their touching under condition of constant monitoring of one's state. Then, during two-three week twice-thrice every day method involves focusing attention of trainee on movement of second hand of clock for 3-5 minutes, on movement of minute hand of clock for 5-10 minutes and on movement of hour hand of clock for 15-20 minutes. In addition method involves focusing attention of trainee on combinations of 2-6 tokens of domino game for 8-12 seconds. Then method involves focusing attention of trainee on image of simple object for investigation and on text of book which has no interest for trainee for reading and later self-testing of efficiency of perception of object and understanding of text. EFFECT: development of skills for efficient information acquiring, increased speed of reading. 2 dwg1
