PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set the number of pallets of a tray supplying device so that the plural kinds of parts can be eliminated in a prescribed time. SOLUTION: The allowable time data '720(seconds)' of a component mounting processing under the consideration of the oxidization of a lead line such as a QFP are initialized in a time register (S1), and then the line tact of a production board is calculated by a prescribed method (S2). Then, the number of pallets (that is, the number of use trays) in each time of each part is calculated by '[(time/line tact)×(the number of use parts for one board)1/(the number of pallet incoming parts)' (S3). The sum of the number of use trays of each part obtained therefrom is stored in a SUM register (S4), and whether or not the value of the SUM is larger than the number of trays of a tray supplying device is judged (S5). When it is equal or not larger (S5: N), the processing is ended. Also, when it is larger (S5: Y), time data are decremented by every 120 second (S6), and the S3-S5 are repeated until the S5 is turned into N.
