<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To equalize the access right from plural geographically separated client terminals to a server. SOLUTION: When a server S receives a connection request signal at time T2, temporary transmission delay time from a terminal C to the server S is calculated. The server S transmits a connection response signal to the terminal C at time T3 as an answer (S20). When the terminal C receives the connection response signal at time T4, a time error (= terminal error A) between the terminal C and the server S is found out. Then, the terminal C sends a delay reporting packet including terminal ID and the terminal error A to the server S (S30). The server S receiving the packet finds out real transmission delay time between the terminal C and the server S from the error A included in the packet, sets up and registers response queuing time E for the terminal C, generates a registration completion informing signal, and transmits the signal to the terminal C (S40). At the time of receiving the registration completion informing packet, the terminal C can execute data transfer to/from the server S.</p> |
