PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated data base system capable of reducing workload and working cost by integrating data base systems consisting of related data bases and unrelative data bases as one system and a computer-readable recording medium recording a program for managing the data base structure of the system. SOLUTION: A record 10 is constituted of a relative record part 10a and an unrelative record part 10b as one record, so that an off-line system and an on-line system in a financial institution e.g. can be constituted as one data base system. Thereby the height of freedom of inquiry owned by a normalized relative data base and the height of freedom of record structure owned by a non-relative data base are combined and both of the height of processing efficiency and the instantaneousness of processing can be attained. In addition, development, application and maintenance can be integrated to one system, operation can easily be executed and the workload and working cost can be reduced.
