PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outer lead wire-attached solar cell module provided with a joint which is connected to an outer lead wire and high in workability, tensile strength, weather resistance, and reliability. SOLUTION: A solar cell module is equipped with one or more solar cells and main wirings 2 each arranged on each side of the solar cells, the cells and the main wirings 2 are connected together with auxiliary wirings, and these components elements are sealed up with a protective film 4. The main wiring 2 is connected to an outer lead wire 5 at the edge of the solar cell module, and a joint between the main wiring 2 and the outer lead wire 5 and its vicinity are covered and sealed up with covering members 6a which extend from both the surfaces of the solar cell module. In this case, the covering member 6a is bonded to the protective film 4 with adhesive agent 7 and fixed with through-members (projections 6p) which penetrate through through-holes 4h bored in the protective film 4 on each side of the main wiring 2. |
