<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To flexibly use transmission capacity by requesting the control of signal output from a channel, with which a 2nd node device tries to output a signal, to a 1st node device by the 2nd node device. SOLUTION: A transmission terminal 172 outputs the packet of transmission start request to a node device 100. A route control part 1603 outputs this packet to a packet processing part 1600. The packet processing part 1600 outputs this packet to a buffer control part 150. The control part 150 analyzes the transmission information of this packet, and when prescribed conditions are satisfied, the transmission request is accepted. Then, the control part 150 performs notification to the node device of upstream so as not to output the packet to a buffer on a line connected by the transmission terminal 172, namely, so as to reduce the output of packet to a fixed wavelength reception part 107 connected to the route control part 1603.</p> |
