DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The device comprises a deformable structure including a central axis (1) lying along the co-ordinate axis (k). Two U-shaped extensions are attached to the central axis, each U being fastened by the centre of its base to the axis. The two U-shaped have their ends facing each other, thus forming a magnetic circuit with two air gaps (e1, e2) in it. One extension has a pair of coils wound around the arms.
