The animal identification marking device comprises an impacter (1) connected to a re-inking means (8) by means of a connection piece (2) equipped with a walled slide (3). A flush fitting (4) receiving the impacter enables at the fixing support (12) the tattooing points (11) to penetrate the animal's skin (15). The impact is ensured by a hammer (9). Re-inking is automatically effected by means of an ink cassette connected to a supply container (6).
