PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evade the overlap storage of an address group in the case that addresses used in both communication channels are the same by applying a second memory device as a device for which a first memory device and the second memory device are merged. SOLUTION: When a logical channel number is inputted from a bit line group by a bit code, an associative storage memory circuit 11 activates a match line matched with the bit code stored in a CAM cell group and outputs it to the word line group of the associative storage memory circuit 10 through a selection circuit 13 as physical address information along with the other match line group. When the physical address information outputted through the selection circuit 13 is inputted to the word line group, the associative storage memory circuit 10 activates a word line stipulated by the physical address information and outputs the logical channel number stored in the CAM cell group of the activated word line to the bit line group by the bit code. Thus, the logical channel number group is not stored in overlap.
