PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a long flat type coil wire which is easy to cut to a designated width, by providing a thermal fusion material between insulating thin materials and a thermal welding thin material for joining the insulating thin materials, and providing a thermal welding thin material for joining conductive thin materials in such a state that the thermal welding thin material is superimposed on a conductive junction material. SOLUTION: A plurality of short flat type coil wires, each being constituted by a conductive thin material 1 and an insulating thin material 2 bonded on one side thereof, are abutted and connected with one another on the end surfaces thereof, thus providing a long flat type coil wire. In this case, a thermal welding thin material 4 for joining the insulating thin materials 2 is provided across the abutment connection parts of the short flat type coil wires, with a thermal fusion material provided between the insulating thin materials 2. Then, a thermal welding thin material 4 for joining the conductive thin materials 1 is provided in such a state that the thermal welding thin material 4 is superimposed on a conductive junction material 5. |
