PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to carry out stringing with a messenger wire easily at low cost within a short time. SOLUTION: A bind wire is formed into a coil 11. A joining part 13 with a messenger wire 1 is formed at an end of the coil 11. The messenger wire 1 and an overhead cable 2 are passed through the coil 11, and the joining part 13 of the coil 11 is fixed to the messenger wire 1. The coil 11 is moved in an expanding way along the messenger wire 1 and the calbe 2, and the expanded coil 11 is turned around the messenger wire 1 and the able 2. In this way stringing with the messenger wire is carried out easily at low cost within a short time.
