PHONEMIC TABLE, VOICE RECOGNIZING METHOD, AND RECORDING MEDIUM IN WHICH VOICE RECOGNIZING PROGRAM HAS BEEN STORED

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the storage capacity and shorten the processing time. SOLUTION: Standard phonemic patterns about two syllables of various voices are stored in a table 2 to measure the time span from input voices for their two beats (5), expand the input voices for the span to correspond to a standard pattern time (6), convert the input voices into feature amount of input patterns (7), subdivide the input patterns for every standard time (10), collate each subdivided pattern to the table 2 for making a phonemic lattice formed with similar candidates and similarities (11), combine higher similarities in sequence in accordance with the phonemic lattice for making phonemic systems (12) and collate each system to a word dictionary 3 described in the phonemic system for recognizing words.
