A method, system and apparatus for the at least partial removal of carbon dioxide present in atomospheric air is disclosed. A hydroxide is distributed into atmospheric air. At least some of the carbon dioxide present in atomospheric air and the hydroxide react to form a carbonate compound, thereby at least partially removing carbon dioxide from the atmospheric air. |
