BEACON CHANGEOVER CONTROL APPARATUS AND METHOD, AND RECORDING MEDIUM HAVING BEACON CHANGEOVER CONTROL PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable receiving of a light beacon even in a receivable area of a radio wave beacon by preferentially selecting the light beacon by a beacon changeover judging means when it is received in the radio wave beacon receivable area. SOLUTION: A light beacon receiving state detecting means 13 detects the receiving state of a light beacon received by a light beacon receiving means 11 and a radio wave beacon receiving state detecting means 14 the receiving state of a radio beacon received by a radio beacon receiving means 12. A beacon changeover judging means 15 selects a beacon received according to detection values of both the detecting means 13 and 14 and especially when a light beacon is received in a radio beacon receivable area, the light beacon is preferentially selected. A beacon data thus selected is processed by a beacon data storing/processing means 16 to be shown on a beacon data display device 4 as information on congestion or simple graphic. A receiving device thus obtained has a CPU for various computations, a program memory and the like.
